SPICE OILS / SPICE OLEORESINS
Spices are important ingredients for adding flavours to food and food products, for making it tasty, or for enhancing the aroma of the food. Spices serve as preservatives too. Spice Oils / Oleoresins are the essences obtained from various spices.
These are obtained by extracting the essential flavouring and preservative chemicals from various spices. These oils / oleoresins do not contain any contamination and are free from micro organisms like bacteria, mold, etc. They are homogeneous in consistency and character and are much less bulky compared to the raw spices.

NATURAL FOOD COLOURANTS
Food colours are ingredients added to foods or beverages to change their colour for many reasons which include - making them more appealing to the eye, making them appear more natural, sometimes making them appear different, making them look similar across batches of production, for decorations, etc. Thus far, most food colours were made from synthetic ingredients, so as to prevent any flavours getting added in. But in recent times, there has been growing consumer concern about effects on health like allergic reactions or specific disorders on account of synthetic dyes used in foods and beverages, drugs and also in cosmetics. This is slowly and steadily being supported by laws that govern the food, drugs and cosmetics (FD&C) industry.

HERBAL EXTRACTS
Herbal Extracts are primarily used in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical or cosmetic industries. SCFE enables the combining of modern pharmaceutical manufacturing processes with the best that natural herbs and plant extracts have to offer in areas of health and body care. These extracts are used primarily in Ayurveda (the 5000+ year old traditional Indian health science) which has witnessed growing levels of interest in recent times and Allopathy, with the discovery of naturally extracted / isolated elements or products in contrast to chemically manufactured ones
